Chia Seed Puddings

1 tbsp steel cut oats
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp (ish) almond butter
1/4 cup chocolate cashew milk

Mix together the dry ingredients, then mix in the almond butter, then gradually mix in the cashew milk. Refrigerate, obviously. If you're going to eat it today, you can go a little light on the cashew milk instead of the whole 1/4 cup, but if you're making a whole bunch for the week, the extra liquid helps. Recipe "narratives" are dumb, and old recipes are hard to find, so this is to save the alterations I made to it. One cool timesaver is to buy a bunch of 1 tbsp scoops from the online and leave one in each bag, but now I'm bordering on a narrative, so apologies.
